This year marks the 11th anniversary of the partnership between the Westlake Village Art Guild and the City of Agoura Hills Cultural Arts Council, celebrating student artistic achievement through the Greater Conejo Valley Student Awards Juried Art Show.
Art teachers from high schools throughout the region were asked to invite their students to submit works for the Show. Based on the artwork alone, without knowing the artist or school names, the Jury winnowed the field of entries to the selection of the finalist works. Award winners were similarly selected from the finalist entries. Accepted student artwork was physically exhibited at the Agoura Hills Recreation & Event Center, and prior to the COVID-19 pandemic included a full-featured Awards Ceremony. This year we are presenting the students' art both in-person and virtually.

Works in the Two-Dimensional Fine Art include drawing, printmaking, painting, and mixed media.
Three-Dimensional Fine Art includes sculpture, ceramics, and composites. A single finalist three-dimensional art piece is displayed in this Gallery.
Photography as art can be created in color, monochrome (black & white), or as a derivative - combining and modifying photographic elements.
